Low-Calorie Caesar Salad with Hen and Crunchy Croutons

  • 2 tbs Parmesan, finely grated

Technique

Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (170 fan). Whereas the oven is heating, brush the bread with oil on either side then minimize off and discard the crusts. Minimize the bread into cubes and unfold them out on a baking tray. Bake the croutons for five – 8 minutes or till crisp and golden. Switch to a wire rack to chill.
