Pappardelle Pasta with Pan-Fried Brussels Sprouts and Lemon

Components

  • 450g pappardelle
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbs unsalted butter

Technique

Step 1.
