Luke Hines' Choc Chip Cookie Dough Bites Recipe
Get via the afternoon droop with these easy-to-make uncooked cookie dough bites. They’re dairy-free, sugar-free, gluten-free – and completely scrumptious!
Substances
- 250 g macadamia nut butter
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup uncooked cacao powder
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tbs cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 vanilla pod, cut up and seeds scraped, or 1 teaspoon vanilla powder, extract or paste
- 1/2 tsp floor cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Technique
Step 1.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2.
Add all of the substances to a meals processor and pulse till they arrive collectively. Roll a tablespoonful of the combination into a ball, then switch to the ready baking tray.
Step 3.
Repeat with the remainder of the combination, then switch to the fridge and depart for 20 minutes for the dough bites to relax and agency.
