Luke Hines' Go Troppo For Greens Smoothie Bowl
Glow from the within out with this vibrant smoothie bowl that could be a cinch to drag collectively and is stuffed with wholesome goodness!
Elements
- 1/2 cup tinned coconut milk, plus additional if wanted to loosen
- 2 bananas, diced and frozen (pre-done at freezer part at Coles)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple items (freezer part at grocery store)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks (freezer part at grocery store)
- 4 cubes of frozen spinach (freezer part at grocery store)
- 1 tbs peanut butter
To serve
- 1/2 recent banana, sliced
- 1 kiwi fruit sliced into discs
- 1 handful recent blueberries
- 2 tbs shredded toasted coconut
Technique
Step 1.
Place all substances in a strong meals processor and blitz till clean, thick and creamy.
Step 2.
Prime with banana slices, kiwi fruit, blueberries and shredded coconut and revel in.
